We recommend that you renew your 2011 team. You will find the renewal (Renew) link on your Main Menu to the right of your Team Name. You will need to complete the questions/information on the renewal screen. Save the information when completed.

After completing the renewal process you may delete and add team members to your Team Menu. It will damage your team file if you try and delete, edit, or add team members before renewing your team.

New accounts or new teams for established accounts will need to create a team on your Main Menu and add team members on your Team Menu. Need assistance, call 785-622-4241.

• $5,000,000 per occurrence/$8,000,000 aggregate (per team) of Liability Insurance.

• $250,000 Excess Accident medical Insurance with deductible option of $0 and $250 per claim.

• Coverage follows the individual throughout the calendar year for all ASA/USA Softball activities, even if you change to another ASA/USA Softball team.

• Individually registered teams are covered while playing any amateur softball activity.

• Coverage extends to the team as an insured entity if all teams members register individually.

• Liability coverage extends to the leagues as an insured entity, as well as to league officers, if all league members register individually.

• Accident Policy has a 90/10 coinsurance.

• Liability policy has a Property Damage deductible of $1,000.

• Claims must be submitted to Bollinger within 90 days of injury. Claim forms are located in the left-hand column of this page.
