About Umpire Registrations:
The ASA umpire program is among the nation's best trained and largest officiating organization. The cost of Background Checks, ASA Insurance, and Photo ID for Certified Umpires are included in the registration fee.

• KASA State Rules Clinic Ramada Convention Center, Topeka KS, Sunday, March 25, 2012. Flyer
   
• Increase in Umpire Insurance  - Kansas ASA will experience an increase in Umpire Registration Fees for 2012 due to an increase in insurance fees. Kansas ASA has decided to hold the line of Umpire registration fees at $50.

KASA Online Umpire Registration Program

Umpire Insurance: Insurance will be provided to all umpires that completes the KASA Umpire Online Registration and background check.  ASA umpires are covered while officiating ASA sanctioned activities, games, leagues and tournaments involving ASA registered teams.

Each Registered Umpire is automatically provided with $2,000,000 per occurrence/$5,000,000 aggregate of Liability Insurance. There is a $1,000 Property Damage deductible.

$100,000 of Excess Accident Medical Insurance. There is a $250 Deductible per injury. Policy has a 90/10 Coinsurance.
