Teams are eligible to win one or more KASA
Certificates at KASA Invitational Plus Tournaments.
Girls Coach and Fast Pitch Class C teams are
eligible to win only one KASA Certificate at their KASA Region
Championship.
Teams may redeem a maximum of five (5) KASA $50
Certificates per team.
Certificates will be VOID under the
following conditions:
KASA Certificates previously redeemed. A
certificate may be redeemed for only one tournament entry fee listed
above.
Altered or forged certificates.
Certificates NOT redeemed with one of the above
listed tournament entry fees on or before the selected tournament entry
deadline. Note: Certificates must accompany the entry form and
fee or the certificate will be void.
You have two options to pay your tournament entry
fee and redeeming your certificate(s).

Note: Once you have entered your tournament, entered your
certificate security code(s), paid by credit card, and your tournament
entry has been approved online, there will be no need of mailing any
documents to the State Office.
Pay by Check.
1. Use the link (Pay by Check) listed on our website
Tournament Fact Sheet for your team’s division and classification.
2. Print entry form for your tournament.
3. Complete entry form and enter the amount due deducting the
amount for any certificates you may have won.
4. Mail entry form, KASA certificates that you are redeeming, and
check to:

Note: Tournament entry form, tournament entry fee, and
certificates, must be mailed to arrive at the Kansas ASA State Office on
or before the tournament entry deadline.
KANSAS ASA WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE
FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN CERTIFICATES.
Each certificate has a
Security Code. You must protect your certificate security code and
certificate from unauthorized use.
